My siblings and I were struggling to find the perfect gift for our mom’s birthday. She’s the kind of person who always says she doesn’t need anything, but we wanted to get her something truly meaningful. Then I came across the idea of a family portrait painting.
We found a photo of all of us together from years ago, but it wasn’t perfect and some of us weren’t in it, even the quality wasn’t that great. So we sent in a mix of pictures and asked for it to be turned into one complete piece. Within just a few days, they sent over a preview and we had a couple of small tweaks. Their team was super quick to assist and everything was updated exactly how we wanted.
The final piece was shipped out fast and in about 3 or 4 days, it was at our door. On her birthday, she unwrapped it and for a moment she just held it, running her fingers over the details. Then she carefully placed it on the table and just took it in, her eyes scanning every face. It was like seeing her relive the memories attached to each person in the portrait.
She immediately found a place to hang it in the living room, right where everyone could see it. Now, every time I visit, I catch her glancing at it, smiling. Definitely one of the best gifts we’ve ever given her. Huge thanks to the team!
