1. Custom Orders

Since each artwork is custom-made, orders are non-refundable once production has started. However, we provide a digital preview of your artwork before finalizing it. If you’re not satisfied with the preview, we offer unlimited revisions to ensure the design meets your expectations.

If we cannot resolve any issues to your satisfaction before final approval, we will issue a full refund. Please note that once you approve the artwork, the production process begins, and refunds are no longer possible.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are dedicated to delivering artwork you’ll love.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Reporting Issues: If your printed artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

Resolution Options: We will offer a replacement or a full refund for damaged or defective items, covering return shipping costs if applicable.

3. Order Cancellation
  • Before Production: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders canceled before production begins are eligible for a full refund.
  • After Production Begins: Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted, and the order becomes non-refundable.
4. Return Process
  • Authorization: Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items. Please contact customer service to obtain return authorization before sending anything back.
  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent to ensure safe transit.
  • Timeframe: Authorized returns must be received within 30 days after approval.
5. Refund Process
  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
6. Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges.

7. Shipping Costs

Except for cases of damaged or defective items, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
